GIS
are realized the priorities of the territorial risks monitoring of extreme
situations centers (TCÌ) management
activity automation basically in a mode of daily activity and a mode of the
raised readiness, i.e.
For
creation GIS the tool system «Ingeo-Inmeta»,
developed by “The Center of system researches «Integro»”
was used.
A
digital cartographical base with the put thematic layers, the applied software
on consequences of extreme situations (ChS) modeling
are under control of the GIS-environment «Ingeo», and
the map documents print comes true.
In
SUBD the MS SQL-server is used for storage of databases.
Digital
maps in all scale range (1:10000 – 1:1000000) are created in uniform
coordinates system on the uniform qualifier and uniform rules of the digital description.
Digital
maps form a basis for plotting thematic layers, ChS
modeling, and fulfillment of the spatial analysis.
Thematic
layers are created on the basis of the tabulated, text, graphic information,
databases, results of modeling with the purpose of situation appreciation and
the ChS risks forecast. The qualifier is developed
for display of thematic layers.
The
programs realizing following techniques are developed for maintenance of
operative forecasting the failures development on potentially dangerous
objects:
Results
of modeling are kept (can be collected) in a DB, the calculated zones of
defeats can be removed from a digital cartographical basis and then restored
from the DB.
For
the “Ingeo” environment the “Uralgeoinform”
experts have developed programs of routes definition and constructions
of a relief three-dimensional model for the zones forecast of an inundation at
high waters and flooding.
GIS
information component under MS SQL-server control contains the following
databases:
All
DBs are stored on a server. Access of users to a DB
comes true through Internet Explorer.
